Booking and payment
Availability is expressly confirmed. The total price, deposit, payment method and cancellation policy will be shown before the customer becomes bound.
Pickup and return
Gear is supplied inspected and must be returned complete, reasonably clean and at the agreed time. Its condition will be documented at pickup and return.
Use and safety
Customers must follow instructions, use gear for its intended purpose and stop using any item that develops a fault. Rental does not include guides, camping permits or trail reservations.
Damage and deposit
Any deduction from the deposit must relate to evidenced delay, loss or damage under the terms and replacement values disclosed before contracting.
